I missed my gcse physics (P1) paper!?
Ive done my P2 and P3. and i was re-taking my P1 because i got a C the first time i did it. I missed it cos i was very very ill. I’m getting a doctor’s note, but all i want to know is :
1. should i retake my retake next year when i will be in sixth form?
2. what will the doctor’s note actually do as an advantage more, like will it boost my marks etc.
3. Has this destroyed my chances of getting an A overall, say like i get an A for P2 and a B for my P3.
4. Also physics is very important to me as i wanna do it for A-Level and hopefully become an architect. Will this have affected my chances.
Oh and Btw my mother now hates me because of this any tips on resolving that probelm.
I feel like an utter mug! and a failure. :*(
ps i cried loads and loads so please no nasty comments.
i did that exam today! quite hard. u really should have come in.
anyways
1. your marks could be estimated by the school, and you could recieve that , or they’ll keep last years grade, talk to the teacher and find it out.
2. the doctors note doesnt give you advantage, or give you more points, but it will show evidence that you werent skiving.
3. it may ruin your chance, but it depends on your atainment.
4.you really should go on and speak to the teacher.
dont worry this can be solved
good luck
