The majority of Case-Mate, Inc. product brands offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty when the product is purchased in new condition on a Case-Mate website (CASE-MATE.COM), or from a Case-Mate authorized seller. Refer to your product′s specific item details for warranty terms as some accessory and electronic items may have a different warranty time period.

Case-Mate brands include: Case-Mate, LuMee, Safe+Mate, Rifle Paper Co., Pelican Phone Cases and mobile accessories, as well as other collaborative phone cases and accessories made by Case-Mate for various partner brands.

We ship via USPS or UPS from our warehouses in Georgia or California, and offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.

Most standard delivery orders placed before 2 PM EST M-F will ship the same business day (M-F). During peak periods the order may ship the next business day.

Orders processed with expedited shipping (2-Day or Overnight) placed before 2 PM EST M-F will ship the same business day. Please note for expedited delivery orders: UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday for most orders.

On most orders, Domestic and International, you may return item(s) purchased on Case-Mate.com for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment for a refund.

Note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

The Case-Mate Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and in most cases, a pre-paid return label will be provided so you can easily return your merchandise. You may also be offered an Instant Refund Credit that is optional for use in the event you are needing to make an exchange.

Cloth masks, Mask Filters, and Cleanscreenz Phone Cleaning Wipes: These items are not eligible for a return or exchange for any reason due to the personal use nature of the product. If you feel the product is defective for any reason, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. We pre-collect duties and taxes at checkout, so in most cases you will not be responsible for paying them upon delivery.
