does organic green tea sweetened with splenda affect weight gain at all?
I’ve tried it a few times, but i always seem to gain right after drinking it..
i’m not too sure if splenda is the problem, but it apparently has 0 calories, as well as the tea, so i’m not too sure why this is happening.. could it just be water weight?

Try sweetening with Stevia, an herb you can find at a health food store.
Splenda is not good for you.
But what I’ve read is that GT’s effect on metabolism is very minimal.
